For all returns, please email and we will send you a return form which will need to be printed off and placed in the mail with your returned item.
Returns must initiated within 3 business days of receipt of delivery, and must be returned within 7 business days of receiving goods, otherwise a return will be refused.

All items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached, and have not been used, worn, damaged or hygiene stickers removed otherwise we will not accept the return. Any make-up or tan marks on clothing will not be accepted.

Return shipping fees are the customers expense, unless deemed faulty. Shipping fee will be deducted from the price paid prior to being issued a refund, regardless of whether shipping was free.

Please note that we do not accept returns for any PRINT TO ORDER clothing such as Tees, Totes, Jumpers etc as they are shipped by our printing company. Please check size chart in listing prior to purchasing. It is stated in the listing whether your item is made print to order.

Returns are not accepted when an item is purchased on sale. A sign up code to our newsletter is the only acceptable code when returning.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges due to holding small quantities of each item, and stock sells out quickly. If you would like to change the size, please purchase the size you require asap & contact us to organise a return/refund. The shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
